I am Dr. Milin D Desai practising dental surgeon in kandivali-west
With great hopes i purchased a brand new Ac of Voltas-1.5tn Vertis Platina on 27th April
First they took 7 days to install an Ac
Since 18th may 2010 it stopped responding to remote,
I made complaint at call cantre--compl no.-- 10 my 1801846
technician came on 20th april and instead of promise given to me by call centre person that he will come with remote and instantly solve your problem, technician just checked and said remote will be ordered in company and i will bring in 2-3 days
On 24th may again he comes without remote and says there is problem in your circuit, I spoke to Ayesha
enterprise from where he had come,they promised me new circuit-(pcb) will be ordered and replaced in your Ac in 2-3 days
I kept on reminding them everyday but only false promises and hopes were given to me .
everytime they asked for give us 2 days, its not coming from company
So after it was not resovled till 6th june, i mad fresh complaint at voltas call centre--new compl no. is----

till today i am getting only false promises from call centre and ayesha enterprise---sir till today evening
your problem will b solved.
Inbetween I also made complaints with kohinoor electonics from where i purchased the Ac but again false prmises, i requested them if Ac is having problem within 1 month of Installation,, isn't it there responsibility to provide me fresh peice , they said it takes 20 -30 days for that and they will consider that if Ayesha enterprise is not solving the problem till 14th evening
At call centre i have forwarded my complaint to higher authorities-- Mr .VICKY
Mr.Kiran, Mr. swapnil and Mr. Mukund but only false promisesssss------
On friday 11th june Ayesha enterprise told me we received circuit from company andwe will install by evening, but in evening they said that new one is also defective,, so please wait again for 4-5 days
And all call centre people are still promising we will by any how solve your issue by monday
My complaint to consumer forum is-- i hold kohinoor Electronics,Ayesha enterprise and Voltas all responsible for haressing me since 25 days
this Ac is installled in my clinic--dental materials require special temp. and patients are running away,they are asking me give appoitment when Ac starts working
I am having mental harrasment, financial lose and everyday 30 minutes to call voltas people
Please help me at earliest
