complaint against whirlpool & dealer

i purchesed whirlpool refregerator 180 L, Model No:11662 Serial N0: INC9470485 purchased on 11/01/2010, it is not working from the day, i many more time inform to the dealer, when his service people check, he tolled compressor is failure. today 27 th day still no any action.
