I was purchase Whirlpool refrigrator from Sales india, Ghatlodia in second week of april. Third week start the complaint of cooling. After that company was given commitment to replace the refrigrator and i was given photocopy of bill also. Now he told me it can't replace. Till date problem is not solve, so sir please help me....

My mother had purchsed whirlpool refrigrator on 20th of june from Ajay Electronic, sec-11, vashi, Navi Mumbai, It was delivered in the evening; from the next day the machine stoped functioning, we informed the stores regarding the same by phone, they replay that they will send a mechanic for the repair but the person did not arrive, we again made the complain about the same again and again and the repaly was the same every thime but he person did not arrive. On 29th of june finaly my mother when to the store and told oraly about the same, the store keeper harassed my mother even called 4-5 ladies to beat, the ladies came and started beating in front of the shop, even took a gold bangle and 5000 rupees from the purse.....
I would request to take a quick action against the shop owner as this incident might repeat with some other consumer too.

Last year I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator. This year I had a problem concerning the gasket of the deep freezer....I have called the company numerous times to help resolve the problem but they haven't yet fixed the problem...it has been more than two weeks.They were supposed to replace the freezer door but no one turned up nor did they contact me. Please look in to the issue as soon as possible.
