we bought this washing machine on 27th Oct. They delivered the demaged peice.
we informed the shop, they told whirlpool will take care of that and they informed us they are not responsible for anymore

After 2 days, whirlpool people turned up and they havent done anything. the broken part was not yet replaced.

i have called the customer care and raised the request, but no use.

Till now, the broken part is not yet replaced.

Please justify
