I have submitted my Bajaj make hand blender HB-10 in the month of apr-10 to a authorized bajaj service centre in sector-6 bhilai.This was submitted as it was under replacement guarantee as it failed before one year (its motor was not taking the load).It was submitted on 22/04/10 to Mr Atul Mahajan(9329684646).Product sr no-050802406.This hand blender was purchased from CDS canteen.On the day when it was submitted,the service engineer agree that the machine will be whole replaced from our raipur depot as it is under guarantee.Since already 3 months have passed,but neither we got the product nor got any positive reply for the same.whenever we try to contact the bajaj service engineer at bhilai as well as raipur depot,we are getting negative response from them ( Mr Despande & Mr Solanki).We have recorded each statements in our mobile & have the proof what all they told & refused in spite that our product being under guarantee period.Every time we are getting negative responses from the higher official from raipur depot.We are really feeling very sorry & ashamed that we purchased Bajaj product for which we are facing lots of problem
There is a humble request to help me & arrange to provide my product back with replacement.
