    Default Complaint against worst service of Bajaj product replacement against gaurentee

    I have submitted my Bajaj make hand blender HB-10 in the month of apr-10 to a authorized bajaj service centre in sector-6 bhilai.This was submitted as it was under replacement guarantee as it failed before one year (its motor was not taking the load).It was submitted on 22/04/10 to Mr Atul Mahajan(9329684646).Product sr no-050802406.This hand blender was purchased from CDS canteen.On the day when it was submitted,the service engineer agree that the machine will be whole replaced from our raipur depot as it is under guarantee.Since already 3 months have passed,but neither we got the product nor got any positive reply for the same.whenever we try to contact the bajaj service engineer at bhilai as well as raipur depot,we are getting negative response from them ( Mr Despande & Mr Solanki).We have recorded each statements in our mobile & have the proof what all they told & refused in spite that our product being under guarantee period.Every time we are getting negative responses from the higher official from raipur depot.We are really feeling very sorry & ashamed that we purchased Bajaj product for which we are facing lots of problem
    There is a humble request to help me & arrange to provide my product back with replacement.

    Thumbs down Twister mixer grinder

    Dear Mr. Rahul Bajaj,

    We bought bajaj twister mixer grinder in Nov'2006 at India Trade Fair Exhibition , New Delhi of Bajaj Stall , while purchasing the concern person informed us that the Mixer Grinder is guarantee for five year and we have been complaining regularly due to non function of mixing ( above grinding shaft is not working and containers are not in good condition) i had been requesting them to change the product immediately and i spoke to one Mr. Jha (9212066731).

    Once your customer service did visit and charged Rs. 150 /- but he could not repair our Mixer and he taken the services charges from us informing that he is not having material and he will bring it tomorrow.

    This is been the regular feature of Bajaj service centre, no response and no guarantee on their services only they interested in charging huge amt without any proper service.

    Would request you to kindly treat the matter as urgent.
