    Default Complaint agianst defective Kent RO product & NO Response from Kent Service

    1. I purchased Water Purifier - Model Name : Kent Pearl MRO Machine No :KR 111114921 in March 2012 from dealer (Ashoka International Sec -16 Faridabad).

    I opened tank for cleaning purpose; and saw 8-10 cockroaches beneath the Top Lid.
    Immediately i made complaint to your service center.As per the Service Engineer ,he confirmed its a Defect in the design of the model and there is no permanent solution to this issue.

    To my surprise , he told me to add some cotton to the side of Top lid to avoid any insect to enter into Water Tank.
    I don't think that such a solution should be provided to a customer by such a reputed Organization.

    I bought Kent product with assurance to have Safe Drinking Water .

    I requested call center person to Visit & close my case with an acceptable solution.
    Engineer visited again & added more cotton in the panel.

    I requested if company has no solution ; i demanded a Refund of my product value as its still under warranty .

    Pls support as the Service team is not taking my calls also now.
    Insects have crossed the machine panel & likely to enter the water section

    Looking forward for support.

    Dear Charu ,
    I agree even I had bought the Kent for safe water for my new born daughter but Kent as a co & the local dealer have taken us for a ride.
    Can you plz let me know what was the solution provided.
