I took HUL pureit on 2008 and till date i have changed around 6 nos of Battery Kit since the usage in my house is more.

Complaint is, based on the request to the new battery Kit, i have received kit from Banasavadi dealer near to my K.R.Puram residence.
I have asked him for the 2200 ltr Battery kit. and day-before yesterday 2200 ltr with the charges of Rs.510 has been delivered to my house and my wife paid the amt and collected the box. when i saw in the evening found that, the Kit was 1500 ltr and i informed the service person to change the box. yesterday he has come to my hose and given the new box display 2200 ltr with price 510 but the box was in the open condition and the same i have verified by the local shops support and found that, since the box was open and the Battery candle is 1500 ltr since the size is similar.

So i am requesting to the concerned official that i need to right box with the sealed condition i.e, 2200 ltr since i have paid the amt of 510 .
Delivered New Battery Kit will not be used until i get the right box.

contact no of the service person is Mr. Saravana M:08892283840 sent from Banasavadi HUL dealer and he is not lifting my call.

Please do the needful.

Hi,
I ordered 2250 ltr battery.I received the battery in same day.
When I opened the box i noticed that the battery was 1500ltr.
I reported it to pureit helpline.
Requesting all users of Pure-it to be care-full while purchasing battery.
Also company should take care of it.
