i baught split and window ac in 31 march 2010 from prachi enterprises,56-57 jawahar market ,behind suheb creation,near nassanpura police choki,nbc road hasanpura ,jaipur. bill no is 532 .both ac is not working. i have complain many more times in prachi enterprises or carrier costmer care,but they r not responding.please you take any action immediately
i request u to take any action because weather is very hot.

I bought carrier window ac 1.0 ton last year on 25th june 2010.On 6th july 2011 that's just 10 days after my ac's warranty expired,my ac stopped working.I called customer care. Service agents came and checked and found that the fan stopped working and needs to be replaced which costs 4000 inr . At least company should give some flexibility of 10-15 days after warranty.Because it doesnt make any sense that just 10 days above have passed on your warranty and your appliance starts giving problems.
Think it yourself we bought ac in the end of june.So it worked just for 3 months last year I.E. July, august, september and then this year for 1 month I.E. June.That means it worked just for 4 months.This is the life of your ac.

Its very sick that we have to pay so much amount on just an year old ac. Carrier ac's are quite expensive as compared to other companies.We bought this company product because we heard its a reliable company so if we spend a bit more amount on the products they will give you the comfort worth of it.But my trust is lost in this company. I wont buy any of their product in future and also wont recommend anyone.
If I have to pay this much amount every year on this piece, whats the fun of buying it.This thing is for comfort and not problems.I don't think you people make products to harass people.
My conclusion is that carrier acs are not worth buying so dont think that if they are expensive they have more life.Its all fake.

Carrier split and window AC troubling... Guess what even in my brand new office they had created a hype by saying they have installed the high-end Carrier ACs. And these did not even work properly for a week when started. So I guess this brand has a tendency. Next time go for better brands like Daikin India, Toshiba, Haier etc.

Strange, 2 ACs - Split and Window and both not working. And that too Career ACs... It is really shocking and I think the problem lies with your Prachi enterprises. Iwonder if they are giving genuine acs or tampered ones with duplicates parts. Take them to the court. He will get a lesson.
