We have purchased one LCD 32' model No. KLV32S550A on 19th July,2009 from M/s Dayal Infotainment, Shop No.37, Shipra Mall, Indirapuram Ghaziabad - 201010 vide invoice No. 1563. The LCD of SONY is under warranty period of one year as promised by the company and dealer.
The LCD started giving negative picture in the last 3-4 months. We have started making complaints thru online toll free nos. and there by giving mails to the officials mail d of the company. After good nos. of follow ups, the company engineers attended the problem at home and replace the parts but the problem still continued. We again made complaints to the support division of company and they took the LCD for repairing purpose and promise to return the same in 24 hours, since there was Soccer final world cup was going to happen on 2nd next day. But the LCD was returned after 72 hours and we could not watch the world soccer cup.
Again the problem of negative picture is continued with blocks on the screen and hazziness in picture and after making up complain, one engineer attended and verify that problem is still continue. The engineer promised us to replace the LCD, as this is giving the same problem again and again. We have lodged about 10 email complaint till date but still the SONY centre is not responding nor attending the problem which started within the warranty period.
We have requested the company to refund our money back if they are unable to provide after sell services upto the satisfaction of the customer. Request your help and suport to get our hard earned back to us.
