I am very dissappointed with your service .i had purchased your window godrej Ac 1.5 ton a year back from Kohinoor thane branch in May 2009 for which i was promised 3 services of which i have recd only one service .DO NOT MAKE FALSE PROMISES TO THE CUSTOMER JUST TO SELL YOUR PRODUCT .CUSTOMERS WILL BE SATISFIED IF YOU PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE TO THEM.

On 1st May 2010 i have registered my self for servicing of my ac with Godrej & Boyce Mfg .co.Ltd. Appliances division the salesman was Sagar Nikam vikroli branch.He had promised a service within a week which has not been given to me .i have called a customer care 4 times and registered a complaint regd my service but in vain. I WILL BE OBLIGED IF YOU KINDLY GIVE THE SERVICE .MY CONTRACT NO IS 0705100025. AND MY NAME IS JOSEPH PEREIRA .

PLEASE PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU WANT CUSTOMERS,PLEASEEEEEEEE DON'T SPOIL THE NAME OF YOUR OWN BRAND BY PROVIDING BAD SERVICE .

I AM A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.
