Myself Mr Kartik Mondal residing at below said address, purchased a 21 inch color TV of Samsung make on 02.07.2010. After few days I'm facing a problem when I'm switching off my TV, a bright light spot is found at the center. At very beginning it was small spot at the center but as the days past it becomes line of approx. 2 inch length. Regarding the same problem I Given the first complaint on 16.08.2010 through TV dealer accordingly Samsung service engineer came to my home reported my spouse that it'll automatically solved with two days and it's not a major problem.

And again I registered 2nd complaint on 28.08.2010 (Complaint No.- 8416537380) directly for the same problem. Till date any Samsung engineer not yet visited my place and not even responding me when calling Samsung Customer care number.

With this I'm again requesting Samsung to solve the TV problem.
