    Angry Complaint for PURE IT WATER FILTERS

    This is the complaint regarding constant problem faced by my family for no availability of clean water.Our PURE IT water purifier needs new kit and is not working since more than 10 days.My husband is a patient , my son is also suffering from illness and since we are a middle class family , we cant afford to buy water bottles from the market every day . we have made constant calls for changing the kit in PURE IT company, but no response.Kindly take immediate action as the non availability of pure water is not bearable for 2 patients in my family.

    but now Germ kill kit bettery not gave

    my pureit machine above one moths's useless.

    Hi......

    I am Ashish from Ambala City. I have bought the PURE IT two years back. In first year after sales service was very good, but from last 3 services I am facing a huge problem.

    Whenever I want to change the kit, I approach to local dealer, but got no response even after so many calls to them or after meet him personally.

    I am a big fan of HUL in terms of quality & brand. This is my first experience with HUL, which I need after sales service of any product.

    And I am really very sorry to say that I am very depressed with service part of HUL.

    I would like to inform you that "I don't recomend HUL product to anyone in my relationship"

    Hope in this complaint section, I will get timely response.

    Default Poor / Mannerless customer service centre at Vasai

    Dear Sir,

    My Pureit customer ID is 1927771485 in the name of Mrs. Kaberi Ghosh. This si the 3rd time. I had order for new battery. Every time customer care assured that the technician will call before coming. Since I am working I have already requested the technician to call and come so that his visit is fruitful and my purpose is solved. This sis the 3r time the technician just comes home without calling and has to go back as no one is at home. Today after complaining to Pureit call centre. I received his call from technician from Pureit service centre at Vasai but I was not available on my seat so it went in to the missed call. After calling the number, I requested him to send on the day I am available which was already mentioned while ordering the batter. The person name Mr. Sumit, whose mobile no. is 9923101870 was rude to me no manners at all said that we will not wait for you to lift the phone and I am canceling your order and you rebook again. I told him to behave properly or else I will left with no option but to complain against him. He was not bothered and told me to go ahead and do the same.

    I am surprise and shocked Hindustan Lever is such a well known company and has got such a bad service centre and customer representatives, which directly attacks the image of the company.

    Please look into the matter.

    i am having purchase aquafresh R.O. JUST 2 MONTH AGO BUT IT HAVE LEAKAGE PROB I COMPLAIN SO MANY TIME TO THERE JAIPUR OFFICE MR YOGESH TEL NO 09314014101 AND MR GHANSHYAM NO 09314014107 BUT NO RESPONCE THERE TECH VISITED 3 TIME BUT RO IS IN NOT REPREABLE CONDITION NETHIR THEY ARE REPARING NOR CHANGING MY RO WHERE AS IT IS IN WARRENTY PERIOD . PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROB.

    I REQ TO OTHER BUYERS NOT TO BY AQUAFRESH RO IT IS USELESS WASTING OF MONEY

    Do you think that Eureka Forbes is prompt in such case? Wrong they are no 1 cheaters. when they cannot provide AMC after collecting a big amount, then how they will respond to such calls? I have 02years AMC but nobody has turned up for any service even after repeated calls since last three months.
