Sub-COMPLAINT REGARDING DEFECTIVE (AQUASURE) UV STORAGE WATER PURIFIER
Dear Sir/Madam,
It is to inform that I had purchased UV storage water purifier on dated 11.7.2010 for Rs 2,990 from M/S Vijay Sales B1/7 ,Janakpuri,Near Metro Station, New Delhi-110058 vide invoice No-73-DJKO7-10SICD 400 dated-11.7.2010.
After the two days of purchase this UV storage water purifier was started giving trouble by not purifying the water for which I had called upon Eurohelpline (No-011-39883333)on dated 15.7.2010 and the service department Executive registered our complaint No-83214951on dated 18.7.2010 the service technician named Ajay examined the water purifier and stated that water level sensor is defective and will be replaced by tomorrow but it was not replaced then again on dated 19.7.2010 the complaint was given at Eurohelpline and new complaint no-83235454 was given by service department executive with the assurance that your complaint will be entertained very shortly but in vain till this date today 26.7.2010 no service technician/representative came to attend the complaint and I and my family suffered a lot of harassment after purchasing this AQUASURE UV Storage Water Purifier .
I request to your kind authority to look into the matter so that this defective water purifier must be replaced or repaired as soon as possible.
