    Default complaint regarding voltas AC

    I, Dr Abhisheka Tripathi, hereby want to bring to yr kind notice the pain being given by voltas AC people to their customers.

    it seems like days like "consumers are our god" are passe. After selling their product they are least bothered regarding the quality of the product they 've provided after taking out heavy money from their customers.

    I'd purchased VOLTAS VERTIS PLUS split AC on 25th mar 2009 after paying approx Rs 27500/= (AC, stabiliser, fitting). Within a week of installation it started having problems. firstthe entire gas leaked out within a week, then its cooling went for a high jump, after repeated complaints, it was somehoe corrected. but only after 2 months its compressor had problems and after repeated complaints compressor was replaced. again gas leaked out and had to be refilled again

    this year again there was no cooling initially and after complaints they checked and found no gas, which was filled 3rd time in the last one year. now again since last one week its compressor trips after evry 4-5 min, leading to very ineffective cooling. this time again after a new complaint, people from voltas came and told me that the Valve is defective and needs to be changed again he told that Blower of the AC is also not working and has to be changed and gas will be refilled. all this will cost approx 7000-8000 Rs more.

    Now please tell me that is it fair towards yr customer to provide him a below standard article and take full payment for that. and again take repeated charges from next year onward for that defective AC.

    I've around 10 complaint slips with me for this one year only. After paying hard earned money, and after trusting yr product, if a customer wants mental peace, is he wrong in his expectation, This AC has made our life mesurable and pathetic.

    I requested to the concerned authorities repeatedly last yr, but they flatly refused to repace it and told me that they'll repair it. but noe since one year warranty period is over so they are showing their colors.

    So i hereby request to the Honourable Consumer Court to kindly bring justice to me and please solve this agony of my life because now they've not left any other way out to me. I want this Ac to be returned and full refund of the amount

    Daer Sir....
    I have purchased VOLTAS 1.5 TON AC (WINDOW), VERTIS PLUS. Serial no.-31487 by Star Enterprizes (Shop no.-41, main shoping complex, rail coach factory ,kapurthala , PUNJAB. ). Retail invoice no. - 1623, Dated 2-7-2007..
    But no free(coupon) service provided till now and niether remind us about that service of which they have promised earlier on the time of purchase. please take necessary action against Star Enterprises to provide us free service. please also guide us regarding the action of the consumer court against star enterprises for not providing the services timely.

    Default complaint against our a/c Unit

    Dear Sir,

    Our Hotel Named Zameendar situvated in Shanthi Colony,Anna Nagar,Ch 40. We made 1000’s of complaints to rectify The defects in A/c unit for the last 7 months. They were not able to trace out the defects or rectify the fault
    So far.We are running a hospitality industry and facing lots of compliant from our customer every day against
    Cooling and distrubance .So please send a qualified Engineers to attend to find out the solution for the defect which remains for the Past 7 months .

    I am sorry to tell you that, the present team who were attending the complaints are not upto the mark. Making
    A complaints to them went in vain.I am of the opion is that if the service is like this from voltas, the image of the Voltas will Loose their reputation shortly.
