Dear Sir,
To give you the background, I bought my Washing Machine from Nimbus Electronics Palam Vihar on 7/6/2010. There was demo peice placed in his showroom which looked in heywired situation as lying in the showroom for long and every customer takes a demo run on it. So I requested the dealer to send me the fresh piece and he(Manoor and Ashish) assured me the same also and I paid hime the full amount and got the copy of invoice with surety that a new piece will be given to me and not the demo one and he will send the warranty card stamped. But nothing as requested demo peice was sent with warranty paper not stamped then I went back to the shop to comfirm it was the demo piece only, So dealer confirmed me that my piece will be replaced next day. But next day never came and delear later refused telling the company has stopped making the model to which I was shocked and he told me what he can do max is "I can give money back through cheque that after few days".This was the last communication with delar on 15th June after 10 day of fight with delar i was told to keep the piece or replace it today or get money after some days once onwer of the company comes back (And in addition to that it was told to me Owner may come next day or may take few days). So i decided to go with this piece and raise a support call mentioned in the subject for demo and when your executive turned on the same day and started machine the noice was terribly loud so he opened the top panel, from the back front other than tub but couldnt recognize anything so asked me to wait for the visit of engineer. Then after 2 days engineer turned up and he confimed that Tub has some unwanted stuff so will require to open the tub and repair or else get the machine replaced. And I was also in the favor of replacement rather than repair. And since then I have been making call to customer care and get a confirmation that someone will call you in 2 hrs time but no one reverts back. Yesterday I had a word with Prachi one of your executives and she confirmed that I will get a call in 2 hrs from from replacement department but I waited and no body turned up. Please Guide me how can I get the defaulters Samsung Company and the dealer under Jusdristrical Pressure . When I make a phone call My Dealer (Ashish More Details are mentioned below) tells me only Samsung Can do anything, When I make a call on Samsung Customer Care no I get assurances that I will get a call in hours time but still no Body call me back no even once till date, My mail sent on Thursday is also Unanswred. Please tell me is it a mistake that I have comitted by getting associated with Samsung (for almost 10 th Product at my Home). This is really upseting and shows the way customers are treated. As a customer this is not at all Acceptable and if my machine doesnt get replaced by Monday EOD I will have no option other than knocking the doors of the consumer court against the dealer and the company. Please take the action Immediately else I will be forced to try out legal Options too....Please Understand it has been nearly 20 Days since my Old machine has been taken by the dealer and new machine is not working. Twice the engineers have visited my home and confirmed that replacement is a solution to the problem. But so the conclusion of this is that we are still in the investigation Phase from where we started from and had no progress till date despite endless follow by almost hours of Talking on the phone call almost 15 times with different levels in the heirarchy of the customer Care after speaking to service department be it pawan, Kunkum and Manas Dham and after dozen of unaswered mails. Kindly revert me on the mails for the same. As I have already conveyed to Shailash Customer Care Manager that if I dont get the confirmation for the date on which I get my machine replaced by End of the day then I will have to send a legal notice today and Post that I will file a suit for the compensation for ongoing harrasment. This is my final Warning and post that I will only Proccede legally. Thanks Shailesh for confirming the following Company Adresss where I can send the legal notice.
