I had purchased Samsung 32" LCD TV (Model No 32C590) from Sargam Electronics, Pashim Vihar, New Delhi. Since last 20 days it started giving the problem (No Power On). Luckily it gets powered on in about 5-10% chances otherwise it is totally dead. I have launched the complaint to the Samsung Service Center on 20/10/2011 (Complaint No 8424945411). I was replied with the assurance that my TV will be get repaired within 1 or 2days. One day an engineer came and checked the TV, but luckily the TV got powered on.at that time. Without checking the TV for any defect, he said that TV is Ok, there is no problem. But after that TV started giving same problem. I have launched the complaint again many times (virtually about 10-15 times), but every times they replied with the same assurance that engineer will visit next day, but no one visited. Now I am fed up with their misleading behaviour. Also the warranty of the TV will be going to expire. I request to provide with the genuine solution to my problem - repair, replacement or refund.
