Dear Consumer Court,



I am feeling harassed at the hands of Sunflame Enterprises.

I have lodged a complain for a problem in my citrus juicer which I had brought from Sunflame(Sunflame Enterprises Private Limited
58, Sector 27C, Mathura Road, Faridabad - 121 003, Haryana, India).
I am continuously following up with M/s. Home Appliances Care Centre,
A-1/40, Ground Floor,
Sector-4, Rohini,
NEW DELHI-110 085,

A service guy (Dewan Chand(9968572693) from Home Appliances Care Centre)visited my home and told us that the
armenture element is not working and needs to be replaced, he took the juicer with him on 29th October 2011,
Still we are waiting for Mr Dewanchand to return the juicer, as alraedy seven days passed away

Number (781). I am really shocked to recieve this kind of service from a brand name like Sunflame
.
I hope you should mind this complaint of mine very seriously and should take strict
action against the M/s. Home Appliances Care Centre or your authorised centres like these.



Otherwise I have to take a legal recource through consumer court!!!!
