Dear Sir/Mam,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that we have purchased two nos of the Coolers Model Winter from Indo Electricals Jaipur on 31st March 2010 wide bill No 4655.

Prior to that I got in touch with Symphony’s Area Manager Jaipur Mr Bhandari and Mr.K.G Sharma (Service Head) who visited us also in the office.

I have been explained everything about different kind of Coolers and I conveyed my specific requirement and need to him and accordingly he suggested Model Winter to go ahead with which is designed to cover 750 sq.ft area.

I regret saying, that when I purchased 2 Nos of coolers, one for my office and another for my residence, I found it to be total wastage of money, one it even do not cover 100 sq.ft area, how the Company is claiming 750 sq.ft , second when it was supplied it was not at all giving the Cool Air, then after lot many follow ups with Customer care and telecom with Mr.K.G Sharma, the problem was resolved for the time being, then again it occurred and when Service technician next time came, he demanded money for which we refused as cooler is in warranty period. He went back without resolving the Problem.

Now, when I wrote to their Head Office Service Head visited my Office charged Rs 215 against Pads which he declared chocked. Even after this the Cooler did nt responded .Now I am left with just one option of filing a case in Consumer Forum for the Compensation as the Product supplied is not as per the specifications and features and causing inconvenience in such a hot weather with avg temp of 40 degree in Jaipur.

Pl take this Complaint on top priority.
