I have purchased the Voltas AC from J.K.Electronics, Noida in the month of September 2006. The chassis No. is 4010630u05d893042 and compressor serial No.T\VB16HIG0703A, compressor model No.48r413A.

The compressor of the A.C. has been burnt. This A.C. is under warranty period. I have made complaint in Customer Care vide Complaint No.10JU2805066 on 29.6.2010 and also vide e-mail to send technician and told them that I have no bill of this A.C. as this has been misplaced but told in customer care that this A.C. was purchased in Sept.2006 and still this is under warranty period and you can check from your records.

However, today Voltas technician visited at my residence and again forced to me to show the bill as otherwise he will not be able to replace/repair the compressor.
