Voltas Costumer Care

I have bought a Voltas air-conditioner AC from Deep Aircon as on - 11-14-2006. From last three months it is not working properly,
I have complained about this so many times but till date the problem has not been rectified .

I have attached all the correspondence done with your service agent, but now even he has said that this cannot be repaired by him.

now this is my last complaint to you as a most reputed company in refrigeration appliances, now if u don't deliver proper after sales warranty service, then
there is no use of giving five year warranty to customers with your products.

I am also forwarding this case to consumer court, because I am feeling a lot of problem in this hot weather in delhi.
now it has become almost unbearable.
