I'm sorry to say that you custmor service is very poor. I belong to Chandigarh and brought a 230lt fusion refrigerator in Oct 2009. After two months water is started to leak out through refrigrator and then I called the cutomer care many times but either phone was invalid or nobody is picking up the phone.(60008558 for private users and 1860-180-4558 for MTNL/BSNL users.) Then last month I sent a mail stating all the above problems but till now I didnot find any reply.
Anyway after trying all means when I myself invetigated the problem then I found that the cheeller tray is having manufacturing defect and instead of water flowing through tube it come out through refrigerator corner seal and flooding the floor. But I could not rectify as it require replacement of cheeller tray.
I was a loyal cutomer and because of this I have whirlpool washing machine and microwoven.
I think whirlpool has forgotten the TQM pinciples that cost of making a new cutomer is much -much higher than retaining a loyal cutomer.
Now the Customer care technician is became sales staff not a inspecting staff . I'm not blaiming, you just buy a refrigerator he will advice so many things to buy including voltage stabliser even the refrigerator has inbuilt stabliser.
