    Angry Compliant on lg customer service

    My washing machine's door is not opening form past 8 dsay And day I call the tool fre number 10 times a day but then to they have not send a person to operate and all my clothes are in so i am feed up

    Default Worst Service By LG

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    Kindly do the needful as this is my second complaint but still not resolved. Since inception persisiting the problem sevral times i visited to your local franchisee not received satisfactory response. Can anybody tell me what kind of services we are providing to customers i have bought new Refrigertaor of LG Model GL-191ME-(INOX) Date of purchase 1 April 2006 and since facing problem even you have changed it once but no resolution.

    Kindly take this matter seriously and the needful.............

    I have attempted a lot. I think you should go to shop from where you have purchased your Washing Machine and express your miserable condition to shopkeeper. Before two years ,I purchased An IFB washing machine and we are satisfied with it.

    Default faulty touch screen of GD510

    Dear Sir,
    I purchased a LG Cookie Pep GD510 in April 2010. the phone was working fine and i was quiet delighted to use its features and size. the touch screen got faulty in Sept 2010 and as the set was in warranty i went to a LG service station. the touch screen was replaced immediately. The touch has again gone faulty 2 weeks back. now the cell is out of warranty and i was told that it would cost 1350/- to change the touch screen. It is ridiculous that the touch screen is getting faulty so often. It is requested that the touch screen be replaced free of cost. I am very sure that for such a reputed and well established company its a meagre issue. i am noting down my phone number and address.
