I have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator 180 liters genius premier sl. No. 800109 at Visakhapatnam on 14 Jun 2009.
In the month of mar 10, it started developing 2-3 small hair line cracks inside of refrigerator door and it further increased in the numbers as well as in the size also. On 30 mar 10, I complained the same to whirlpool home care Hyderabad office/customer care center on telephone no. 040-60008558 vide complain no. 17481 dt 30/03/10, after two days their service engineer came and inspected the fridge and told me that he will give report to the company, there after there was no response then again I call to the same no. Vide complain no. 3259 dt 06/04/10 and told to me that our service engineer will call you and will sort out your complain within two days.
Till now nobody has called me or sorted out the problem. I repeatedly called to customer care center and inspite of doing something each time they give me complain no. and assurance, I made a complain vide complain no. 4960 dt 08/04/10, 8405 dt 14/04/10 and wrote an E-mail also through whirlpoolindia web site on 16/04/10, and again a fresh complain was lodged 06/06/10 vide a complain no. 919 dt 06/06/10 and satisfaction code 919.
This time they responded and a service engineer came to inspect the refrigerator on 08/06/2010 vide service request no. HD0810003628 dt. 06.06.2010 and confirm the crack and taken a photo of crack in his mobile and he spoke with a lady in his office, I also had spoke to the lady and she assure me that we will call you tomorrow positively. Thereafter the same story is being repeated as on the first complain, today 05 days has been passed and there is no response from their side.
