LCD TV from Dass Appliances through Credit Card. The Product I was purchasing was suppose to be delivered in 3-days. Due to personal problem raised, I wanted to cancel the order. So next day I went to this Shop but they were not ready to refund my money. The reason they gave was as it is Credit card transaction it is feasible for them and gave me other option to Buy other Product in same range.
I turned up buying same product atlast.
My question: Was this a valid reason from the Shop. Is it not possible to refund the money by deducting some % amount.
