My name is Maneesh Chaudhary. I am a resident of Delhi. My address is B-64, Old Janki Puri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-59.

I want to complain about the defective piece of Godrej eon A.C. given to me, and fooling me on the name of correcting it by this company. I bought this Godrej eon split 1.5 ton A.C. from Kapilla electronics, Janakpuri on 5th of April, 2010. It was a defective piece, so as soon as it was installed, its compressor did not work and there was no cooling. I had since then made many complaints at the Godrej helpline. The godrej representative comes, the AC works for hardly a week, again I have to make a call to get it corrected. The last time the person who visited for the problem told me they have put a new compessor fan motor, but when i checked it, it was the same as before since i had noted its number. The company is neither changing the compressor, nor is it able to correct it. When i told the godrej person that i will make a complaint in the consumer court, he told me that he is not bothered.

Several complaints have been made to the company. The various complaint nos that have been gien to me are
237062, 244453, 248806 and 253126.

I request you to please solve the matter in your court, and to get this A.C. compressor replaced by a new one.
