We lodged complaint with authorized service On 20.06.2010 We purchased a new Ujala Pump from M/s Gupta Sanitary & Paints Store, 284/4, Pandav station of Ujala Pumps Pvt. Ltd., M/s Perfect services, G-26, East Gokal Puri, loni Road, Delhi. Complaint No. W/1112. Representative of Perfect Services confirmed that pump is a defective one. Only after a number of phone calls at Registered Office of Ujala Pumps & their service station pump was repaired by the representative of service station. Pump has again stopped working. We are requesting to the dealer M/s Gupta Sanitary & Paints, service station – M/s Perfect services, Sales Manager of the company Mr. Gopal Bisht repeatedly. We have written 3 letters to The Chairman, Ujala Pumps Pvt. Ltd., Registered Office, F-83, RIICO Indl. Area, Bhiwadi-301019 (Rajasthan). Nobody is heeding to our requests. We are feeling cheated and earnestly urge upon your good self to register our complaint against the company, its’ service station and dealer. It seems that entire Ujala network is out to cheat the customers. Please help us.
