Orient PSPO Summer King Ceiling Fan Not Working Properly


Dear Sir,

I have purchased the orient PSPO ceiling fan 1200 mm Summer King vide Guarantee Card No.002123 on dated.7-6-2009, from M/S.Fairdeal Enterprises (Regd.) 70-71 Shiva Market Pitam Pura delhi 110034, Name of Prop.is Mr. Amrjeet Singh Ph.011-2704237,

This is inform to you that my ceiling fan is not working properly and making the noise while on in this regard I have also log the complaint no. 7610 dated 01-10-2009 and second time complaint no. 6945 dated 13-07-2010 both time compliant on phone attend by Mr. Rahul/Raj Kumar at your complaint office at Badli Industrial area Delhi. At above said your staff not attends the complaint till today I am regularly reminding on phone many time.

Now my request is to kindly replace my ceiling fan as it has got defective after just a period a month only. Kindly take my complaint urgent as I am very dissatisfied.
