I have register complaint with M/s. Philips addressed to e-mail id:ccsd.customer.support@philips.com. The contents are given hereunder:

Newly purchased audio system is not working. Audio player either it gets struck or doe not move. Problem not solved by M/s.Clarity Electronics, Anna Nagar. 40. It is an high vaue system purchased for Rs.18,850/- It is a defective and demo set which was sold to me. I need new set. Though, it is newly bought, I have taken AMC also. I am a frustrated customer , running to your service cerntre on many tiems. I am ready to surrender the system. Either you replace the new system or repay the money. If no solution is provided, I am constrained to inform that iwill seek legal help of consumer form or common public web portal of fightback.com.
