I got one Phillips juicer on behalf of HDFC bank. It was delivered through Blue Dart and when I tried to use it for the first time it didn’t work at all. I was eagerly waiting for this but the product came to be in worst condition. it is not working. I am totally frustrated. I don’t know whether it was defective from the very first place or damaged in courier delivery but it is really very disgusting. I didn’t expect this from Phillips.

I need this juicer to be replaced as soon possible before taking any legal action. This would be a cheating case against Philips, HDFC or Blue Dart. Any one organization is responsible for this. These may be possible cases:
1. Philips (Or the Dealer) might have given the defective piece for delivery.
2. HDFC bank might be responsible as I have order this on the behalf of my Redemption of points.
3. Blue Dart might have done something wrong while delivery.
If Philips or HDFC doesn’t take any action on this just inform me that I can donate this juicer to them.
