I had purchased a 8 liter PRESTIGE (NO PRESTIGE) STAINLESS STEEL PRESSURE COOKER from JOIS ENTERPRISES BASAVANAGUDI on 17/05/2010.I happened to use it the very next day found the side handle broken upon cooking.I asked for a replacement and was told to use it after repair by the service (!!!!!) center in lalbagh road.I refused to do so as i wanted to exchange with a new one,but i am left with no choice but to continue using a bad and a faulty piece.I have bought goods worth RS.7000 from the prestige people and being treated like a beggar with zero choice.As i am a working woman,i cannot run from pillar to post for a cooker which is an absolute necessity in the current scenario.Here are the details of my purchase....

I know this is a very inconsequential appeal,but i have no choice but continue using it,inspite of paying 1900rs as exchange offer for a worser version.I feel cheated by the company who neednot bother about insignificant customers like me as they have millions pouring in??????????????
