I bought an AC from Voltas in May 2011 for Rs 26000. Since that month I am unable to use the AC properly because every month there is some or the other problem with the unit. With the number of complaint that I have made this is quite evident that the AC is defective and I have been chasing Voltas regulalarly but they are not ready to replace it even after my continuous reminders to them. Because of this unit I have even suffered a good monetary loss and I feel that this is sheer mental torture to a customer. Once my warranty would be over they would ask me to pay for every complaint and this is what they are actually looking for.
