i purchase my LG Microwave from Canteen Stores Dept Jaipur on 19 May 09.However the system worked very fine for almost one year bur exactly after one year and 4 days the glass of front panel fell down and got broken.same was reported to LG call centre on 22/23 may 10 and the call centre rep informed me that their engr will contact me within 24 hours.Engr contacted me on time and asked me to deposit the microwave at their service centre at Ajmer which was done on 24 may 10.After few days afer enquiring about the status of my microwave i was told that the glass cannot be replaced instead the whole door needs to be changed which will cost me Rs 2500/-.I requested to them that why are they doing it,pl replace the glass only.But their reply was seperate glasses are not replaced so i have to go for full door replacement only.i agreed to it and i was promised by them that within 4 days the item will be ready.When i asked for the Gurantee/Warentee, I was informed that their rep will come from Jaipur to check under what circumstances the door fell down.I waited for some days but From LG side there was no responce.Again i was forced to call them and, on enquiring about my microwave i was told to spk to Mr Ajayan at Jaipur.Icalled him also but in reciept i got a false promise.After few days i spoke to Mr Ajayan and he gave me the no of Mr Sanjay who is the quality control expert.I spoke to him also but again false promise of giving me the warrenty/gurantee was given to me.finally on 19 Jun i spoke to Mr sanjay who informed me that nothing can be done in this case i.e after a lapse of almost 28-29 days.for any further queries i was told to spk to Mr Bharat Bhushan who is at noida office.i spoke to him also and he said since the item was broken after the lapse of warrenty the max they can do is giving me a discount of 40%.same was checked at Ajmer service stn but they refused to give that discount and asked me to collect the microwave without any discount.

Being a Army Personal my sincere experience with Life is Good Family wasLlife Is Worst coz just for nothing the company made me wait for almost 01 month and nobody contacted me except the first time when the engr called me up.
I just want to know from LG family why i was made to wait for one month when i was to pay 100% amount of repair and after selling the product the company resp is over.

Respected consumer court as i have already paid the full amount to LG family pl ask one question from LG family on be half of me why i was made to wait for almost 1 month when the product was repaired within 7 days.Secondly why nobody contacted me even once knowing that the product was faulty.
