Delay in Service – Kenstar Slim Line Air Cooler

I had purchased a Kenstar slim line air cooler (SD-0434) on 30-03-2010 from M/S Hari Om Electricals, New Rly. Road, Gurgaon. The air cooler is not working since 30.4.10. Complaint was made on 30.4.10, 1.5.10, 3.5.10 and again on registered 13-06-2010 in response to which an executive attended and temporarily repaired it. The air cooler stopped working on 29.6.10 and complaint was made with Customer Care at 18004194040 on 29.6.10 vide complaint No.Gur-2906100824. Inspite of repeated reminders at Customer Care No.18004194040 on 1.7.10, 2.7.10, 4.7.10, 5.7.10, 8.7.10, 10.7.10, 12.7.10, 13.7.10, 15.7.10 & 16.7.10, nothing is heard from your side. Every time it was told that your complaint will be attended tomorrow but none attended the complaint so far.

The matter may be looked into immediately and necessary directions may be given to get it repaired immediately which is still under warranty.
