Hi,

I have numerous complaints open with TekCare at present. Their service used to be prompt and good but the response and resolution of issues is becoming bad after I took and Annual Maintenance Contract with them.
The complaint numbers are CHE2110110​032, CHE2910110​327 and CHE1111​110247.
First the resolution was delayed for over a month and then when the service engineer did come, he said that the washing machine needs to be taken to the service center for gear box replacement and asked us to pay about 300-400 rupees for transportation. His issue was that he could not unscrew/open the tub under which the gear box is placed. For more than a month I was told that this is a simple procedure and can be performed in a few minutes at home but at the end of it they are trying to extract some money out of it.
Repeated calls to their 1800 number (atleast 40), emails to their customercare@vgmail.in and even SMS escalations to 53030 (atleast 4 times) are not working out.
I have not only paid for the AMC but have also wasted time on continuously calling their customer care. Is there are resolution for this?
