I have bought a samsung LED a month back and have got some issues with the power supply. I promptly reported the problem on 1 Jan 2011 and got a BP number from samsung customer care ( BP No 8418402370 ). That is it, no news after that . and it is very hard to get to speak to samasung customer care executives . Horrible !
