I am resister complained on 4/08/10 to dealer IKON JOB NO: RAJ0708100134 Date 07/08/10 This job no I get form service center person and technician name is Suresh Bhanushali service center name is S.M. ( gandhidham) I call him so many time but they don't pick up my phone and I was go to two three time his office and I brought with me. He check and I ask to the person what happen they told me I send to the mail to head and they give reply sabir please look in this matter and solve this problem as soon as possible.
