Subject: KINDLY HELP A POOR SCIENTIST AND HIS FAMILY.
Dear Sir,
I would like to eulogise and thanks the chairman and some of the esteemed officials of noida authority who really extended their valuable time and support to provide a land (f-8, sector -50, noida) to construct 124 flats for employees In the category employees co-operatve housing society ltd. I became a member of this society since March 2003 because it was for employees only. Kindly, help me to sublease/registration of my flat (F-8/431, SECTOR-50, Noida). I am working as a scientist in central road research institute, Mathura road, newdelhi-110025, since september-1992. Due to problem of accommodation in Delhi, I try to book a flat in march-2003 in Government and public sector employee co-operative society to keep my old age and l parent with me who need help from me. All the installments (construction linked) paid well in time. The construction was delayed by more than one year. At the time of possession I was asked to pay 40pecent hiked price against the final estimated cost of 15.2 lakhs, top floor of low rise in G+3 category (this price was after third revision of cost of the flat and before possession of flat original and direct allotee in the name of RAJKISHORE PANIGRAHI/431/F-8/ SECTOR -50 / NOIDA)). Unfortunately, I was 75% disabled due a serious neurological problem due to air or water borne virus influences my spinal cord and delinks my neurons (brain cell) from major part of body. I spent lot money and seek help from both Indian and doctors from abroad to cure myself. I am not yet normal. One of the very active and dynamic and hostile towards many members of society of this society told me sixty to seventy lakhs rupees was collected to pay bribe to get completion and nala refund. It is a 14 member committee and they are doing their monopoly and autocratic activity from beginning of society. They are directly and indirectly also harassing me and many some other members from march- 2007. Let us ask honestly a question to our self are we really understand how to extend RWA facilities pertaining to welfare of our residents?
RWA members of F-8, Sagar Presidency is still asking me 46676/- to pay as a cash amount (not even accept cheque from me) as a facilitation/bribe to someone given by some of the member of society, f-8, sector-50, noida) as told to me by many members of this society (fact need to be investigated), which is another example of harassment. Full payment was made with interest to cost+inerest amount. rwa not even returned my proprtionate amount of nala refundmoney not even returned to me which was earlier given by noida authority by kind enough to help some of the members like me. this is also another example of harassment. misbehaviour to many including me is ariutine activity here. some of them threatening me in the name of land mafia and builder lobby etch.. chairman and other esteemed official of noida authority kindly examoine the case if possible to help some of us those who are depived in many ways since 2007 april onwards. serious action may be initiated to stop harasment and henious activity etc , please. sir, please , kindly do the needful save poor, innocent members of this society. Help me to sub lease/registration as per your procedure. Kindly, suggest me what should I do at the earliest.
