I had purchases a An electrolux A.c last year from a Dealer in savordem Goa(whose Name i do not remember as my bill copy and warranty has been taken by the service people in the pretext of photo copying an returning back. which i have not yet received).
i had registered a complaint to the call center last month , and after constant follow up through numerous phone calls to the service engineer from my side they finally took my Ac for repairs after more than 2 weeks. The same was returned after 2 weeks again through my follow up, in my absence. Without repairing it.

I have re registered my complain on my return back home and finding the Ac not working, on the 16th of july 2010. there has been no response from their side . every time I call the call center they promise a visit by their personnel, but its all in vain.

we had to accommodate our guest in hotels and relative homes due to this inconvenience.

please guide me in taking these unprofessional people to task and also get my problem resolved.
