Please refer to my complaint no: DEL 1805101277 dated 19th May 2010.

I have an Electrolux AC for which it has been reported by the Service Engineer that the Compressor has been jammed and needs to be replaced. The engineer visited my premises on the 19th of May 2010 and confirmed that since the Warranty on the Compressor is still valid, it would be replaced within 3 working days. I have also paid the engineer a sum of Rs 350/= for his visit charges.

However, it has been more than 20 days today and I have given numerous reminders on their call centre. Each time I am assured that the matter would be solved in the next 24 hours but till now I have not received any call and no one has visited my premises to solve the problem.

I would like to bring to your notice that I have been suffering with sever jaundice and have been on bed rest for the same, Given my medical condition, I am being put under a lot of stress and inconvenience.

I think this level of service is absolutely disgusting and calls for boycott of this So called Electronics Giant.
