I have purchased Eureka Fobes RO System - Spring Fresh on 20th July'10 and after 10 days it started leaking water from it. So registered complaint on the very next day, but nobody yet repaired. Till now 5 complaints made over phone and twice on email.
Complaint no. 1: 83291393 dtd 31st July: Water taste is very bad (Bitter) and water started leaking from the container.
Complaint no. 2: 83375791 dtd 11th or 12th Aug: Engineer visited on 13th Aug and checked and informed us that pipe got disconnected inside the container and water filled and it might have gone faulty and hence Senior Engineer will be attending this call on the next day. But nobody came.
Complaint no. 3: 83385274 dtd 14th Aug: Nobody visited and the RO system was lying. Engineer came on 18th Aug and informed that the problem is with over flow as no auto cut off is happening. So he will come back with some spare on 1-2 days and switched off the appliance. But nobody came for repair later.
Complaint no. 4: 83476940 dtd 1st Sept: As nobody showed up, again registerd complaint and I asked for Escalation matrix so that I can speak to Senior official. They told they don't have any phone no. and email address but it was assured that Engineer will come and somebody from escalation team will call to me, but nobody yet called.
Complaint Escalation Ref no. 5: 591601 dtd 5th Sept: Today again I want to log complaint, but Executive assured me that the call will be attended today so he has given me a priority reference number 591601.
For the complaint no. 6, I sent SMS to SMS Service - SMS 'AG' to 56006 but no response.
Complaint no.s 7, 8 & 9: Sent email to Email Address - customerservice@eurekaforbes.com and info@eurekaforbes.com with twice reminders. But no response.
Done all complaints as below over phone, SMS and also even called "All - India Customer Satisfaction Cell" but this ph no. is not in service. +91-80-22631000.
