    Default Eureka Forbes

    I bought a water filter ( AG Classic model ) by paying Rs. 7390 from Eureka Forbes (Aqua Gaurd) on 04.01.2012 (with order no 408005026 )

    They delivered the product bearing dc no 19308190 on 04.01.2012 evening ..but we were not satisfied with that product.. ( we expected a good quality product and they sent a basic model...) thats why we rejected the product and we informed the sales executive and he convinced and he told that the money we paid 7390 rupees will be refunded with in one week.

    From that day onwards they are not responding.. we called to the sales executive D.Madhu , he told that our incharge is on leave.. wait for one week.. and he continuously postponed and telling sales leader is on leave and after sales leader .. branch manager is on leave..

    We directly went to the office ( Eureka Forbes Ltd.,vanastalipuram branch.. ) on 25thJan2012 (After 20 Days ) , we met the sales executive Dumbala Madhu he told us sales leader chandrashekar on leave .. and tomorrow is republic day .. saturday is half day better come on monday (29-01-12) , we'll pay cash or cheque to you

    On 29th Jan Monday we called sales executive.. he switched off the phone..3 days onwards..
    We called to the office( 04024113161/4161), they told that your sales executive is on leave please wait..
    after 3 days ..
    we called to the office 04024114161,04024113161 ... the person name is durga, she gave their sales leader no... we called him.. he responded first time then he is not lifting the phone.. then we again called to the office.. they gave us their branch manager no..chandrashekar .. he responded only for our first call then onwards they are not lifting the phone including the office..
    Today is 2nd Feb 2012 .. still now they are not responding to us, sometimes they will tell Rs.1071 will be deducted for VAT.. i told that okay give me the balance with Reciept..
    They told that .." We will give you balance amount and we'll take our Delivery Challan back.. no reciept will be given.. All your records of transaction will be erased as you cancelled your order"

    Now I'm getting the doubt that whether they paid VAT to the govt. for my cancelled order.. thats why they are not willing to give any type of reciept...
    Now please give my money back with reciept with details ..

    My Customer id is 1009124126 Order No:408005026 DC No:19308190 Date:04.01.2012
    My Contact Details Reddy colony,Shivarampally,Hyderabad-500052



    Your sales agent returned 6500(for 7390) to me and took back the reciept saying VAT is deducted... and he didn't given reciept to me..

    Sales agent provided someone others Invoice to show the vat percentage

    Please provide me My invoice or Proof that you actually paid the VAT to govt..

    Default Eureka forbes - they do not care for customers

    I bought two units of their RO and made payment sometime in Oct/Nov. Inspite of various mails and telephonic conversations with their representatives at Bangalore, the issued is still not resolved. they have issued receipt in wrong name, I have sent emails to their customercare department but they have not come back to me with what action they have taken on the complaint.

    One had an impression of Eureka Forbes that it is very customer friendly/customer caring company but it seems they just care two hooks for the customers.
