    Unhappy Eureka Forbes Acqusure Nano

    I had purchased a Aquasure Nano RO on 9th July 2011 from Adishewar Electronics Store at Sarjapur Road, Bangalore.
    On the 28th October, it started leaking heavily from the sides and I called the service technician Mr. Reddy who had given us his number at the time of the installation. He came promptly the same day on the evening and supposedly fixed the system. But it started leaking again the very next day.
    I tried calling Mr. Reddy again but he did not pick up the phone at all and I called up the customer care on the 29th October at 12.49 am and a Pramod assured me that the problem would be taken care within 48 hours.
    When nobody came to attend to the same, I called customer care repeatdly. The following is the log of my calls with the customer care29th Oct - 12.49 am Pramod31st Oct - 9.41 am Vijay31st Oct - 6.40 pm Venkat2nd Nov - 12.54pm Jancy5th Nov - 6.25 pm Pramod On 2nd Nov, frustrated at nobody turning up to repair the system and with no feedback from the company, I even asked the customer care representative to have any senior person call me back and update me on what the issue was. But unfortunately, nobody even bothered to call me.
    I sent a mail to the company on 5th November 2011 and from 7th November I get a mail between employees of the company each telling other about some part, but there is no response from their side as to when will my Water Purifier be repaired. We are frustrated and disappointed with the company and are seeking justice.
