This is to inform that I have lodged a complaint through Customer care to Eureka Forbes, for Servicing the Aquaguard RO system , due to its malfunctioning. Service request No 83629098 dt 30 Sep 2010.
For the information I have purchased the system in Feb 2010 and still it is under waranty only.
I was promised , on 30 Sep 2010, that I shall get the Service request no by SMS at my registered Cell no ( 9940135934) and the problem will be addressed in 24 Hours.
I did not got any SMS neither any service person from Eureka Forbes attended the problem within 24 hours.
Afterwards , upon repeated persuation with the customer care no ( beleive me it so disgusting that u have to explain each and every time with all the details and they keep on asking the ref no. which I never recvd from Eureka Forbes), finally I could get the ref. complaint no and finaly the service person attaned the problem on 5 Oct 2010.
On 5 Oct 2010 , the service person could not trace out the actual problem and tried to do some trial and error remedies which did not yield any result.
Again on 6 Oct 2010 the service person ( this a different person) visited our place and attended the problem and said that the machine has got a major problem and it is to be replaced; actually he did not clarified any details of what actually went wrong and he promised that by 8 Oct 2010 , he shall arrange for the replacement.
On 8 Oct 2010, the Service person did not turned up, and also there was no information from his side why he did not turned up neither any updation.
So again on 9 Oct 2010 , we have to call up from our side to know what is the status. When we called up the service person he said definitely he shall visit our place by evening ( on 9 Oct 2010 itself) , but again he never turned up.
Meanwhile we again checked out with the customer care and undergone the painfull process of updatiing the whole pathetic story on 9 Oct 2010; instead of giving any assuarance , the customer care person has promptly said that he shall book a new complaint ( nEw complaint no 0059742439) and start the whole process once again.
So , from 30 Sep 2010 to till now, more than 10 days has passed, but the problem remains unresolved and as a poor customer we fill disgusted and being cheated by Eureka Forbes , whoe supposed to be a very big and customer focussed organisation , but in pratical situation this means nothing but the ultimate harrasment to the Customer.
Request kindly take up the matter at the appropiate level/ forum so that the problem gets resolved as soon as possible.
