I am using a water purifier of ‘Aqua Guard Smart RO’ system for last 5 years, recently I am relocated from Delhi to Mumbai. And I signed an AMC with Eureka Forbes, Mumbai. They visited my home and replaced the all candles. Then onwards my water purifier is not working properly. I have register complaints through their help line and to local office at Kandivali, Mumbai, they send an in-efficient technician at my home couple of times (who does not even understanding the functioning of the system). This guy tested purified water and tap water of and found that reading of both the water was same, as this guy was not able to fix the problem he left and said that he will come back with senior technician, after that, I calling them again and again to their help line and local office, register complaints, they promised me they will be sending a senior technician but in-spite of several calls to help line, local office at kandivali and to Head office at Bangalore, they are not sending any one.
Due to this issue we are facing some health problem and buying mineral water. I am really not sure what should I do.
