COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM
I purchased the Eureka Forbes' Aqua Protec Plus with RO facility vide Order no.86334397 dated 21.03.2011 by paying more than Rs.12,000. The unit was installed after 5 days of my payment. Immediately after 10 days of installation of the unit, I had the problem that the purified water is not coming into the water tank, but simply the waster water is coming out. Since then, I have been facing the problem once in two weeks; I will make complaint and the technician would come after 3 days and rectify the problem. But again after two weeks , I would face the problem. Now, even after service, the water is not coming into the tank. I requested the Eureka Forbes to replace the defective unit and said that even I am prepared to bear the difference cost. But the Eureka Forbes is not cared to make any permanent solution.
