I bought Aquaguard reviva on 29th Dec 2010 paying Rs9990/-.
After the Equipment got installed by company person, within an Hour, the purified water stopped coming into the tank.
The next day, I called helpline and they send the person to fix the problem.
Even then, the equipment didn't worked. He confirmed that, there should be some part replacement.
Today is 5th Jan 201, till the problem is not solved and I keep calling to Helpline and no one has attended my problem.
I asking them to replace the damaged equipment with the new one or else give me back my money. But they are not agreeing for this.
I have not used this even for 30mins, this is the brand new one.
WITHOUT QUALITY CHECK, THESE EUREKA FORBES ARE SELLING THESE PRODUCTS AND THE SALES PERSON BOLDLY SAYS OUT OF 50 ITEMS, ONE WILL BE IN DAMAGE CONDITION. IS THIS THE WAY THEY ANSWER?.
