I had bought Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Infiniti (Water Purifier) on 07/04/2011.
As per the company's promise the machine in under maintainance till 1 year since purchase.
I had lodged a complaint on 27/12/2011 at 'EURO HELPLINE' 022 39883333.My complaint no. is 64979278.
The engineer had visited my place on 29/12/2011 and said that one of the part (monitor) needs replacement and he will do the same in 3-4 days.
Since then I have made 6 calls to Eurohelpline,just to listen to their false promices. I had a talk with their Shift incharge Mr. Sheikh on 10/01/2012. But of no use. He provided my the contact no. of Mr Sagar who is the co-ordinator of all the service centers in Thane.
I had also lodged a complaint against the service center (Mohini Enterprices).But its of no use. Mr. Sagar & Mohini Enterprices have stopped answering my calls. And Eurohelpline have no other job other than giving false promises.They have no control over their service centers.
I recommend people not to go foe Aquaguard unless and until you have ample time to run around these people for service.
They have absolutely no values & emotions even if your family is not getting a basic necessity like 'DRINKING WATER'.
