    Default eureka forbes aquaguard total infiniti

    we bought an aquaguard total infiniti on 21 st ..oct 10.through a eureka fobes sales dealer ,within a week ie on 30 oct 10 our machine went out of order..all our calls for maintanance went unresponded .sales manager promise to call back or send a person to us but never keep his word.Really disgusting....

    Default No operating buttons manufactured for Total infiniti

    Hi,

    My name is Raghavendra and I would like to bring to your notice about a fact on the Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Total infiniti model.

    I had purchased this model in 2010 and with in a short
    time, the operating buttons beneath the power button(sticker) started to worne out.

    I had asked the technician who came for AMC service to replace it, but the technician insisted on changing in the next service. This went on for 1 year and in the last week (24th Feb 2012) I had lodged a complaint 86449223 with another issue along with this one. During the service, I came to know a SHOCKING NEWS THAT THE COMPANY DONOT MANUFACTURE THIS PART AND SHOULD CONTINUE USE THE SPOILED ONE.

    Today, the purifier which I had bought with amount of 10,000 has become useless within 2years. Hence I suggest all the consumers not to go for this model at any cost.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update. But, I would like to higlight you that I have mentioned this issue to your techinician on every check up visit to my house. But this went unsolved for about year now. This is very reduculous to hear that such a big company is not manufacturing the part which is very much needed to operate the machine. Request you to look into this issue, as this may be the same problem with many of the Total infiniti consumers. Please do let me know if you need any further details.
