Hi! everybody out there, myself Tapas Datta, a resident of Agartala, Tripura. I purchased one Aquaguard storage UV on March, 2010. It has gone faulty on 6th November, 2010. Contacted service engineer Mr. Sandeep at Agartala on 8th November, 2010. After listening to observation over phone he told that the circuit inside has gone faulty which at this moment he is not having but expecting shortly. Upto 1st December, 2010, I contacted him at least 10 times over phone but his reply was "I am yet to receive the circuit board from the company". Then I booked a complaint online on the first week of December, 2010 but nobody responded. Again I booked a complaint online on 21st December, 2010. On 22nd December somebody from Guwahati office contacted me over phone. He assured me that within a day or two my case would be solved, but till today, nobody has turned up to my home nor contacted me. I am surprised a reputed company like Eureka Forbes is delivering such a worst service, it is really unbelievable that it is unable to attend one fault in nearly two months(?) I am really repenting for purchasing a product from Eureka Forbes. I am requesting to everybody out there to help me out of this situation. Thanking you.
