My Name is P. Krishnaiah. We bought a Eureka Forbes Crystal water purifier on 6th May 2008 from Hanamkonda, Andhra Pradesh. The service man suggested a motor to fit to it and we did so. Soon in one month there was a problem with purification and the man suggested to change the candle with an extra external candle. we did so. but since then for every 2 months, we had to call up the service boy for cleaning or minor repair and so on. We have put lot of expenditure since then and never took a deep breath. Now, the water coming out is as it is with dust and it is not even filtering.

Service boy says that it is a failure model and we must not have bought it.

We are vexed with the purifier and want to return it or replace it with RO purifier. Kindly help us. We have already invested nearly 15000/- on this purifier
